I purchased an overbath shower screen after coming across the Primrose Bathrooms web site. The photos and spec. looked too good to be true for the price they were charging, especially compared with the overpriced rubbish you see in certain large DIY stores.When it was delivered (On time) it was a quality item and I am really happy with it. Unfortunately when I removed it from it's packing one of the hinges was broken. I e-mailed Primrose on the Sunday night, had a response on the Monday and new parts first thing Tuesday morning, where else do you get service like that these days? Well done Primrose I will recommend you to my family and friends, I will certainly be buying from you again.

i tried the shops to no avail to find my perfect bathroom rail so i turned to the good old ebay site and hoped i might find something "RIGHT" but at first saw nothing suitable at all i thought I'D come to another brick wall it seemed like my choice I'D never see when at the 11TH hour the primrose page jumped out at me so i ordered my elusive bathroom rail in the hope that the order would not fail i thought it would probably be a flop but i went ahead and did not stop then out of the blue while waiting here i received an email that brought great cheer it seems like primrose are a special lot when i looked at the great email which i got it was FUNNY, WITTY,CHEERFUL and kind the sort of service i rarely find all that was left was to wait and see if my rail was as good as primrose seemed to be and lo and behold when the item came the product and primrose were just the the same both were just right in every way thank you primrose for brightening my day keep on sending your wonderful mails as well as providing classy towel rails but most of all please retain your personal style which cheers us all and makes all WORTHWHILE. i will be ordering a lot more items from primrose now i know they are so good. for exammple, i need a new shower in the next few months ---and i will buy it only from Primrose. congratulations to a smashin' company. best wishes for much success.

Purchased shower door v high quality excelent price been plumbing for 35 yrs i know what is out there and this is good stuff. Had small queery with size but kevin sorted it out and rang me back 10 mins later.

I genuinely cannot fault this company. We ordered a bathroom cabinet which is stunning and way ahead of competitors for value for money and quality. It arrived within a day. So impressed we ordered a second smaller cabinet, but DHL managed to mix this with another delivery from a different company and we got the wrong parcel. This is where Primrose Bathrooms customer service really showed just how good this company is. June at the company tackled DHL immediately, and when DHL couldn't find our cabinet within one working day June stepped in again and sent us a replacement cabinet which arrived the next day. June kept us informed of progress and was extremely helpful.
Both of our bathroom cabinets are now installed and look fantastic. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service should win an award!!

My item was a shower door with frame - EZINT-760
From the moment we found your website, we liked how easy it was to
use, Ordering and paying. Not only did it gave the customer a choice
of delivery date, As promised. Primrose bathrooms stated today for my
goods and here it is. I ordered this on Sunday afternoon and it
arrived Tuesday morning first thing.
Also your customer service is excellent on the phone, for when i spoke
to you and asked on Monday if the order was recieved the lady said yes
and it was to be delivered tuesday. Also Price Express Transport are
true ambassadors for your compan, playing the part of getting it here
on time safely and so quickly.
Once again, Thank you so much for an excellent internet and delivery
service. You should feel proud to be No 1 for customer service in my
eyes. We will shop again and tell others.

A very big thank you for your kindness in providing the spare part for the
shower door so quickly. Although The shower was 3 years old, you still had
record of the order,the spare part was in stock, and it arrived the next
day, with no charge.
This sort of service is very rare these days.
Congatulations, and your company derserves praise.

Thanks for your Email. I would just like to let you know that the Bath Shower Screen with Towel rail was installed into the bathroom on Wednesday 2 December 2009. The plumbers that installed it commented on the quality and the ease in which it was fitted - very straight forward. The bathroom is now complete and we are very satisfied with the product. We will strongly recommend you to friends.
