How much BTU? BTU?? What on earth is a BTU? BTU stands for British Thermal Units, this figure denotes the number of Thermal Units that a radiator generates and the number of BTU's that you require is dependent on the size of your bathroom. Our BTU is registered in Delta T50, the industry standard. You can calculate the approximate heat output requirement (in BTU’s) for your room – just follow the simple instructions below. Please remember that in larger rooms you may require two radiators to achieve the required heat requirement or one radiator and a second heat source (maybe under floor heating).
But just how do I do it? Step1 Multiply the room length x width x height (all in feet) = room volume in cu ft.
Step2 Multiply room volume as calculated by 5 This figure gives a general guide to the required heat output in BTU’s (British Thermal Units)
Primrose'll fix it This gorgeous heating implement can be fixed up in no time at all, inside the box you will find a fixing kit, comprising of 4 wall brackets, an Allen key to tighten the grub screws and a bleed valve.
Standards and certifications Heated Towel Rails comply with all UK Regulations and British Standard: BS EN442.
