8mm pivot shower door ?..now that

The actual pivot shower door is made from 8 ...yes you read it right eight millimetre toughened safety glass. The fixed panel is a respectable 6mm toughened safety glass. The action of the door is very solid and exudes a feeling of luxury beyond mere expense as it swings majestically open and closed. The hinges are heavy duty chromed adjustable units. The pivot shower door is opened via a delicious heavyweight chrome knob.

Nicely framed

This Bi fold shower door has a complete polished aluminium frame around the two clear glass semi frame less doors. To enter the Bi fold shower door the middle of the door pushes into the showering area and then the two sections fold neatly against the side giving virtually full width access to your showering area with no projection into the room. To close the door from the inside you just push it gently and it slides to on the glass filled nylon rollers, to open from the inside just pull gently on the delicious shiny polished  low profile knob.

Easy Clean

Inside, none of the fixing screws show, leaving no place for dirt to hide. The wall fixing screws are all covered by a full length polished aluminium cover cap which clips very securely into position.

The top of the frame is completely finished off with generously rounded shiny chromed end caps. You can wipe the top without catching your cloth on any sharp unfinished edges. The whole unit has been designed to drain all water back into the tray once sealed from the outside.

The threshold rail is flat and smooth to make it as comfortable as possible as you pass with bare feet.

What's in a panel?

This enclosure comes with a side panel which is made to the same exacting standards as the door and is just as easy to keep clean. The 6mm tempered glass is framed on all sides by solid highly polished anodised aluminium extrusions. It is fully reversible and comes packed with the substantial corner post which joins the door and side panel. The corner post is designed to allow the door and side panel to be fixed together “good n proper”  giving you that reassuring and expensive solid feel to your shower enclosure.

All in easy fix

All the screws and wall plugs you need arrive in a beautiful cardboard box and there's more, we've thrown in two drill bits one for the aluminium and one for the brick and plaster wall. When it comes to adjusting the doors you'll need an allen key and we couldn't help but include it.  The door is a dream to install The glass panels are held securely in place in the profiles no fuss with pushing in seals. To help we've covered all the surfaces with low tack protective film to reduce any damage during assembly. The fixing kit is just so much better than those expensive named brands but you pay the down to earth prices of Primrose Bathrooms.

Want it the other way round?

Your pivot door and side panel both arrive pre-assembled. The door is reversible, just flip it upside down and it opens in the other direction! The side panel can be fitted to either side of the door permitting you to construct the enclosure as a mirror image to the pictures with the side panel on the right of the door, offering boundless construction possibilities.

If like us your house builder abandoned you with crudely irregular walls, then we know how you feel! But you needn't worry, this sliding shower door allows for a 45mm maximum adjustment on the wall profiles to easily accommodate those jolly annoying imperfections! The wall profiles are fixed with British specification stainless steel screws provided and concealed by full length arched covers to harmonise with the luxurious appearance.

This package is completed by a luxurious ultra low profile ABS acrylic capped stone resin tray which is designed to last a lifetime, sporting a gorgeous smooth anti-skid finish.

Stunningly designed in Euro white with crisp clean lines and measuring only 45mm deep. Ideal for modernising your smallest room! Breaking this tray is like trying to break into Fort Knox - impossible....unless your name is Gold Finger!

A fast flow waste to suit this tray is available, simply give us a call to add one to your order or find one in our bits and bob section. Our waste traps are ideal for discharging water quickly and efficiently, its reservoir can be removed for easy cleaning and there's even 730mm of flexi-hose provided allowing easier connectivity for your plumbing! We've even gone and thrown in a highly polished chrome dome for the top!

This unit is uniquely and exclusively designed by us and produced by our hand-picked manufacturing partner. We are continuously improving and reviewing our products therefore the cubicle supplied may vary very slightly from the one pictured, but will be of an equally superior quality. Please note that handle designs sometimes vary on certain models.

Raise me up

Have a concrete floor? Difficulty accessing your plumbing? We have the perfect solution with our optional and very smart tray riser kit containing a matching panel pack and height adjustable legs to enable you to raise the tray up to a maximum of 90mm from the ground, all for just £50.00. The pack consists of two colour matched polystyrene panels to ensure a consistent colour match and super strong feet which the manufacturer has assured will remain sturdy under the most ample of shower-ers AND even a cleansing companion! They really are a doddle to fit, just screw the legs into the threaded brass holes underneath the tray then adjust the feet like you would do on on your fridge to accommodate even the most wonky of floors and cut the panels to your liking and slot together.
