this section you will see our items referred to as either small items
or large items, again we apologise if this is a little confusing but
we use two different couriers to enable us to keep our costs down and
pass on these benefits to you. Small

Free
delivery The
free delivery is available to most areas at most times, however, if
you are lucky enough to live in a rural/remote and naturally very
beautiful area it is likely that our courier partner will charge us a
little extra to deliver to you, unfortunately we must pass on these
charges. The surcharges are determined by your postcode prefix, its
very important that you check to see if your prefix incurs one of
these charges, it is also possible that you live in the even more 'beautiful' side of these areas and your postcode may be split
between two or even three different surcharges. Places affected by
this are; Paisley, Perth, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, parts of Shrewsbury,
Inverness and all highlands and Islands. Here is a pair of lovely

Next
working day delivery This
is the standard delivery option for our small items, such as mirrors,
cabinets, toilet seats, accessory sets, taps and bath screens.
However it is dependent on your postcode area, if you live in a
surcharge area delivery will take longer. To be eligible for the
next working day delivery you must place your order before 12pm. The
standard delivery option on any of our other items is a two day
service, again surcharge areas will take longer to deliver to, how
long will depend on how just how how beautiful and rural your home is
and how often our couriers 'circle' your area.
Have
it your way We
understand that you are busy little bees and don't have time to be
sat around the house for a week impatiently waiting for your new
shiny purchases to arrive. Thats why we let you choose when your
item is delivered, even in the future! If you are bravely renovating
and you've seen what you want but you're not ready for it yet you can
order and we will keep hold of it for up to 2 months until you're
ready. (we spoil you, we know!)
On
top of all that we can even arrange an upgrade on your delivery for
you! At a little extra cost of course but if you're short on
time.....or short on patience to get your goodies, we can offer you a

Sometimes you just want to have a chat with a real live person and
our ever ready sales staff are dead excited to talk to our customers.
Placing an order over the phone means you can discuss your delivery
options and date with an advisor and we will also answer any other
questions you might have.
Breakages Items
must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and
on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be
broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box), please do
not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly
dispatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport
damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. All our items are guaranteed for
a minimum of 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be
replaced within this time. We do stock a wealth of spare parts just
in case you find something has broken outside the guarantee period or
you've had a minor mishap!
Combine
shipping It
is not our policy to combine shipping on our goodies, our large items
arrive palletised and it just isn't good sense to stack heavy things
on top of a fragile glass door or enclosure, so we hope you agree
that when buying many items they get delivered on individual pallets,
this does however incur multiple surcharges. However many items you
order you will only ever be charged a maximum of two surcharges.
Signing
for your delivery With
large palletised items, if you are not in to sign for your items,
there will be a redelivery charge, this is usually £50 plus any
postage surcharge. Delivery drivers are on their own and are not
insured to enter your property or garage so please be prepared to
assist the driver getting your item exactly where you want it.
If
you are not in when smaller items are delivered a card will be popped
through your letterbox or depending on your location the driver may
try to deliver to a kindly neighbour, it is also possible to
specifically request a delivery to a neighbour if you don't think
you'll be in. You can also leave a note on your door with
instructions for delivery of your smaller item, if you want to
discuss the security of this option please give us a call and we will
happily advise, any question you have, no matter how silly you think
it is be sure we have probably heard it before and rest assured we
have an answer for you. Your delivery will be attempted three times
and there will be a redelivery charge after the third failed attempt.
