In this section you will see our items referred to as either small items or large items, again we apologise if this is a little confusing but we use two different couriers to enable us to keep our costs down and pass on these benefits to you.

Free delivery
The free delivery is available to most areas at most times, however, if you are lucky enough to live in a rural/remote and naturally very beautiful area it is likely that our courier partner will charge us a little extra to deliver to you, unfortunately we must pass on these charges. The surcharges are determined by your postcode prefix, its very important that you check to see if your prefix incurs one of these charges, it is also possible that you live in the even more 'beautiful' side of these areas and your postcode may be split between two or even three different surcharges. We deliver to any residential or work address with the exception of;

Airports, Seaports/Docks, BFPO addresses, PO Box addresses, Other Courier Depots, Heliports/Helipads and Military Bases.

The Next Working Day Service
Next day delivery is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the 'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm the day before delivery to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. The next day delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within the carriage surcharge list (Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60 does qualify for next day). If the courier arrives and finds nobody home, your goods will be left with the local Post Office or Sorting Office.

The Two Working Day Service
Two day delivery is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the 'two working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm the day before delivery to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. The two day delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within the carriage surcharge list (Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60 does qualify for two day). If the courier arrives and finds nobody home, your goods will be left with the local Post Office or Sorting Office.

If your postcode prefix appears within the carriage surcharge list (Except in the Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60), then your goods will arrive on a three day service.

Have it your way
We understand that you are busy little bees and don't have time to be sat around the house for a week impatiently waiting for your new shiny purchases to arrive. Thats why we let you choose when your item is delivered, even in the future! If you are bravely renovating and you've seen what you want but you're not ready for it yet you can order and we will keep hold of it for up to 2 months until you're ready. (we spoil you, we know!)

On top of all that we can even arrange an upgrade on your delivery for you! At a little extra cost of course but if you're short on time.....or short on patience to get your goodies, we can offer you a few solutions. Cast your peepers over the table below to see just what we can do for you.

Telephone numbers
Don't fancy placing your order over the internet? We understand! Sometimes you just want to have a chat with a real live person and our ever ready sales staff are dead excited to talk to our customers. Placing an order over the phone means you can discuss your delivery options and date with an advisor and we will also answer any other questions you might have.

Breakages
Items must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box), please do not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly dispatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. All our items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be replaced within this time. We do stock a wealth of spare parts just in case you find something has broken outside the guarantee period or you've had a minor mishap!

Combine shipping
It is not our policy to combine shipping on our goodies, our large items arrive palletised and it just isn't good sense to stack heavy things on top of a fragile glass door or enclosure, so we hope you agree that when buying many items they get delivered on individual pallets, this does however incur multiple surcharges.

Signing for your delivery
With large palletised items, if you are not in to sign for your items, there will be a redelivery charge, this is usually £50 plus any postage surcharge. Delivery drivers are on their own and are not insured to enter your property or garage so please be prepared to assist the driver getting your item exactly where you want it.

Please be aware if you are one of the lucky few to live in an idyllic road, street or alley which is only passable in a smaller van, then our big lorry driving couriers will impose a £30.00 small van delivery surcharge and we will need prior notice so we can arrange this with our lovely courier company.

If you are not in when smaller items are delivered a card will be popped through your letterbox or depending on your location the driver may try to deliver to a kindly neighbour, failing this your goods will be left with the local Post Office or Sorting Office. If your goods are returned back to us un collected then there will be a redelivery charge.
